Administrator Best Practices
Five habits for protecting your organization: invite trusted people, choose appropriate roles, keep codes and invitations private, review access, and follow Azure connection guidance.
An overview of current roles, illustrated with real RATIVERA screens and demo data. Viewers look, Engineers prepare changes, Approvers decide on recommendations, and Admins manage members, subscriptions and connections.
For exact Azure steps, use Show me how in the portal after account approval and activation. The small command text in this overview is not a command tutorial. Before activation, read Connect Azure and Azure permissions for context.

As an administrator, you look after who can see and act on your team's Kubernetes evidence. Five simple habits make that easier.
One. Invite people you know and trust, using their verified work email. If a personal address is truly needed, make it an approved exception. RATIVERA doesn't restrict email domains, so this habit is yours.
Two. Give each person the role their work needs. Viewers look without changing anything. Engineers work with workloads and prepare changes. Approvers decide on recommendations. Admins manage members, subscriptions and connections. No one should carry access they don't need.
Three. Codes, invitation links and accounts belong to one person, so please keep them private. Any verification code you receive is meant for you alone, and each invitation works only for the email address it was sent to.
Four. Teams change, and so do responsibilities. A regular look at Members and invitations protects your colleagues and the trust placed in you. When someone no longer needs access, please remove them promptly.
Five. To connect Azure, follow the Show me how steps. They grant two read-only roles, Discovery Reader and Evidence Reader. Broad roles like Owner or Contributor aren't needed, and removing a role assignment takes access away.
Thank you for the care you bring to this work. Your organization's security starts with the people you choose to invite.
