RATIVERA

Privacy & data handling

Information about this marketing website, email enquiries, and the separate product-evaluation boundary.

Draft for independent review and founder approval.

This notice is staged for review. It is not represented as approved product privacy terms.

Who publishes this website

RATIVERA is presented by TG DevOps Consulting Ltd. For questions about this website, a support enquiry, or data handling, contact support@rativera.ca.

Reading this website

The website’s own code has no advertising tracker, analytics script, browser-storage feature, or customer-account backend. Pages, images, videos, and captions are requested from its hosting service. Native video playback adds media requests; it does not use a third-party video player.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting platform can process technical request information and use platform cookies for delivery and security. This is not a claim that visits are cookie-free or that no personal information is processed.

Emailing Support

If you email Support, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are received through the RATIVERA Support Google Group in Google Workspace. The message is used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the requested support or evaluation discussion.

Send only the business contact information and short description needed to understand your request. Do not send credentials, customer datasets, telemetry exports, or sensitive personal information. A support email is not a newsletter signup, a Trial activation, or an agreement to buy a subscription.

Retention, providers, and requests

Detailed retention periods, processing-location disclosures, deletion procedures, and the accountable privacy-owner arrangements remain subject to approval. No fixed retention, deletion deadline, or Canada-only processing promise is made here. Contact Support to ask about access, correction, or deletion; identity and authority may need to be verified before information is released or changed.

Provider-level processing and any legal or contractual exceptions must be resolved in the approved notice before public release. This draft does not replace that approval.

Before connecting a customer environment

A product evaluation can involve Azure resource identifiers, workload configuration, CPU and Memory telemetry, assessment records, and human decisions. Optional Git and subscription workflows have their own data and authorization requirements.

Product privacy terms and the applicable data-handling information must be approved before unrestricted customer onboarding. Removing Azure access is separate from account closure, data deletion, or subscription cancellation.
