Trial and paid-subscription questions

Understand the 14-day Trial offer and confirm the terms of your own evaluation.

What does 14 days mean?

Fourteen days is the approved public Trial duration. Public activation is not open. Confirm the actual dates recorded for an early evaluation; the planned rule must be enforced and verified before being offered publicly.

Is discovery the same as selection?

No. Discovery lists workloads; explicit selection expresses what you want assessed. Evidence readiness and applicable eligibility checks remain separate. No trial-selection count is offered here.

What happens at expiry?

Trial-based assessment eligibility ends at the recorded end time. Your running workloads are not changed by expiry. Do not assume that expiry deletes data, withdraws Azure access, or creates a paid subscription.

How do I request paid access?

Email support@rativera.ca for a paid-subscription enquiry. A request needs separate confirmation and activation; no public checkout or seamless history transfer is promised.

Each individual 14-day Trial starts only after you explicitly select “Start Trial” inside the portal, after access is authorized. Registration alone does not start a Trial. There is no shared Trial start or expiry date.
